At 5th of April in Nadia hotel "European" restaurant the XI culinary competition "Best in profesion" took place. It's an annual competition of young talents, a lot of cooks, pastry cooks and other workers participated in it. The main goal of the competition is to determine the best specialists in the field of catering service. There were suggested some novelties and they were rated by such criterias:professionalism,novelty, creative approach; harmonious combination of taste; compatibility of foods; presentation.The best specialists were honoured and rewarded with prizes!
